6) How to manage your cookies

7) Log files
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.
8) How we store data
Lazarus securely stores your data at our office at Unit 2a, Church Farm, Astwick, Stotfold, Hertfordshire, SG5 4BH.
All data is stored on our servers behind a firewall and the premises are alarmed, CCTV monitored and access controlled internally and externally. Access to this data is restricted only to staff required to process it.
We use SSL to transmit any data to and from our websites/portals. Where a password is given (or you have chosen one), you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. If you have reason to believe your password has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
Your data will be kept for a period of six months after the order has been closed. After that period we may retain an anonymised copy of the information for our own records, warranty purposes or a retrospective order enquiry.
9) How we may use your data
Lazarus collects your data so that we can:

- Manage your account.
- Contact you for sales or purchasing purposes.
- We may share your data with our partners only for the purpose of processing your order or managing your account.
