Data Recovery Booking

Step 1 of 6 - Your recovery

Please tell us the type of device you need data recovered from and any details of the fault/reason for recovery. You'll need a computer to be able to access your recovered data so please tell us whether we should format your data for Windows or Apple Mac.
Describe the fault and any symptoms or physical damage e.g. 'Files deleted', 'Not working', 'Not recognised', 'Dropped', 'Water damage' etc.
We aim to recover all of your data, however we will target any files/folders that you specify first.

Step 2 of 6 - Your details

Please enter your contact details. We will use the email and (optionally) SMS number you provide to keep you up to date with the progress of your order.
Enter a mobile number and you can opt to receive text alerts.
For SMS text alerts via you mobile phone, ensure you enter a mobile number above.

Step 3 of 6 - Sending your device

Send us your device by dropping off at any DPD Pickup Shop across the UK or we can collect from you. Alternatively, send using your own preferred courier (at your cost) or drop off at our Astwick lab.

Step 4 of 6 - Recovery return details

Your device and recovered data can be returned to a DPD Pickup Shop near you or your home/business address. Alternatively you may collect your recovery from our lab in Astwick.

Enter your postcode and choose the location you'd like your recovery returned to. This does not necessarily have to be the same location you sent the device from.

Step 5 of 6 - Discount code

If you have a Lazarus Discount Code, please enter it below. The discount code will be validated and applied on successful completion of your recovery.

Step 6 of 6 - Confirm & submit

Our engineers may need to open your device in order to complete the evaluation. This may void your manufacturer's warranty (if applicable). By completing this form and submitting your item for data recovery it is understood that consent is given to open the device if necessary.
